Anthony Robbins Diet: Day 9

Day 9: Personal Power Classic (7 of 7)

I had a massive realization today. I used to be a RPM and Chunking specialist but I had no idea I was doing it. It was something I definitely learned from Get the Edge, but somehow I had dissassociated it with RPM and Chunging. But I believe that it is a large reason why I was able to do so much when I started my last business. And not doing it, is the reason why I feel like the smallest tasks today feel like the largest tasks. For example I can drop off a package at the post office, and I feel like I've done my big deed for the day.

So basically, chunk it. Look at what people would normally look at as complex tasks, but look at it as simple tasks. And if you really believe in it, you'll just get it done with momentum. After I've chunked it, use RPM. RPM is just a specific way of using the power of questions to get tasks done and accomplish goals.

RPM is basically:
What do I really want? Add "and enjoy the process".
Why do I want it?
What must I do to make this happen?

I used to do this all the time. It is again how I do things.

List - Beliefs to live by (I will keep adding to this list)
19. Use the power of questions. Ask and you shall receive.

Decisions (Strict rules to live by):
6. Chunk it, and use RPM to not get overwhelmed by the simplest tasks, and do seemingly complex tasks accomplished quickly.

These last 2 days have been amazing. I've been looking for what used to make me so productive, and why I have not been. And I believe I found it. Maybe there's more!
