Day 5: Personal Power Classic (3 of 7)

List - Beliefs to live by (I will keep adding to this list)
12. Change a core belief, and I can make many behaviors for myself for the positive. Find core beliefs to change rather than trying to change behavior.
13. Every decision, whether it be small or big, will affect and direct our lives.
14. Change my neuro-associations to things that I associate pain to.
